WAV files and M4A voice memos repair best today. MP3, AAC, FLAC, OGG, and AIFF are accepted — if we can't rebuild yours, you'll see that before checkout and pay nothing.
Documents — supported now
Get a free recovery summary first, then unlock the rebuilt file for $12 for PDF-compatible Illustrator or PDF, $14 for Excel/Word/PowerPoint/OpenDocument Text, or $5 for ZIP.
Photos — supported now
HEIC and HEIF photos are accepted — if repair works, you get back a viewable PNG. JPG, PNG, and camera RAW aren't supported yet.

The live upload flow currently accepts MP4, MOV, M4V, MKV, AVI, TS, MTS, M2TS, MPG, MPEG, VOB, 3GP, WebM, FLV, M4A, WAV, MP3, AAC, FLAC, OGG, AIFF, XLSX, DOCX, PPTX, ODT, ZIP, PDF, AI, HEIC, and HEIF. If repair works, you get back a working file — a playable MP4 for video, a playable audio file, a rebuilt document, or a PNG image for HEIC and HEIF. We won't claim support for a file type until the product can show you an honest preview or result signal before payment.
You pay once, per file, only after you've seen a free preview of what we recovered. The price is shown on the button before you click it. No subscription, no account, no charge if we couldn't fix your file.
Then we tell you plainly, and you are not charged. Some files are too damaged to rebuild — the data needed to play them is gone, not just scrambled. When that happens there is nothing to preview and no payment. You can try another file.
Your repaired file stays available to re-download for 48 hours, then it's automatically deleted — so grab it again within that window if you need another copy.
